Heating can be central - with Italian aluminum radiators, or autonomous - with French-style fireplace that heats all the rooms or through an electrical caldron connected to the radiators and installed above the ceiling in the corridor.
Hot water can also be supplied by two sources - central heater or individual electric boilers.
In case of central heating, consumption will be calculated by calorimeters, and in case of individual - by electrometers.
Because of the climate in Bansko and the high altitude of the town, air-conditioning is not usually found to be necessary.
However, space for additional installation of air-conditioners on demand has been ensured.
The building has German PVC joinery.
For exterior thermal insulation, high-density mineral wool is to be used.
Interior thermal insulation is also planned for faster warming of the rooms.
